I just wanted to email to say how happy we are with the service we have received on Friday 6th September from Dwaine. He quickly got to the root of the issue but he also identified another issue the could’ve ended up causing us a major problem. He took the time to fix it on th esport and explained what he was doing along the way. The attention to detail was second to none.
